The Intention of this Blog

My intent with the creation of this blog is to create an interactive forum to develop this grant proposal on behalf of our CHNA1 as a collaborative process. I have posted the DPH published grant description in its entirety using its subheadings to allow for ease of navigation. Together, let's use this as a tool for creating a well conceived proposal with your valuable input. I will be posting a complete draft proposal not later than February 6th for your reveiw and comment. The due date is February 12th.
