The Intention of this Blog

The original intent for the creation of this blog was to create an interactive forum to develop a collaborative grant proposal on behalf of our CHNA. The original DPH published grant description within its subheadings remain posted. Since we have successfully been funded, the purpose of this blog has evolved to offer this as a mechanism for discussions and communication around this project.
